COSAction provides information and tools for grassroots activists to engage with their state legislators, and to build a team of educated and engaged volunteers and supporters in their local district. Its objective is to secure the passing of its resolution in a minimum of 34 states, in order to convene a Convention of States for proposing amendments to the U.S. Constitution, focusing on fiscal restraints, term limits, and reducing the scope and jurisdiction of the Federal government.
